What I like about the book?: Even a beginner can understand the topic of epidemiology as this book compiled all the steps of epidemiology as evidence. This book includes all actual facts in examples format which are easy for readers to understand. Moreover, it is arranged by chapters which makes it easier to browse what you actually looking for. In addition to that, diagrams and tables are also available to provide a clearer view and explanation.

Brief content of the book:

This book consists of 10 chapter that starts with brief definition about epidemiology and its historical background. Some research also includes details of it sources. I was amazed and fascinated as how the researches gave insight information about the historical background to allow readers to understand better.

Does it suit you or any other programs and why?: It suits me well as currently I am a Medical student. I found it is very important to understand about spread of diseases. From the book, readers can conclude how vulnerable and contagious virus or bacteria is. Other than that, the book also highlighted the measure amount, type and method to deal with these diseases.

Would you recommend this book to your colleagues and why?: I would definitely recommend this book to all my colleagues. Like myself, basic medicine is essential of my learning process as I am a phase one Medical student and would require basic medical information as made available in the book.
